It is good that you rest more! Everybody should! The incoming energies are very high and your bodies are not used to it!
There has not been such a high frequency on earth, and your collective physical consciousness is not familiar with such strong currents of electromagnetic waves.
They enter deep into your physical vehicle and are changing the biology of your cells and the structure of your body.
Many of you are already familiar with this fact, but most of you do not really deal with this profound change or unknown process that is altering your body.
You all must make sure to give your physical body enough space and quiet to adapt. Stress and a life that continues to be very busy is what does not serve your well-being. And if you have stress you do not allow the evolutionary process to take place as it should.
This change on all levels requires basically a contemplative life at best.
But your life is mainly just busy, and the controllers are actually keeping you busy by non stop blasting useless information and the compulsive requirements of a controlled society at you.
If you are still in the midst of this world that is a creation of the controllers, we ask you to look for options and to see how you can step out of this machine of life, that keeps you busy for the sake of being busy. This is of course intended. Because busy people cannot really become conscious in a way that is natural to them by birthright.
There are many things that are unnecessary, but of which you think they are “normal” and cannot be released, because you are used to it and everybody does it, but which are just part of a non-sense life-style, which has nothing to do with being simply human.
Human beings are naturally contemplative beings, and if they are not, something has happened that disturbed this capability. Most of humanity in the Westernized countries are so overwhelmed with constant activities, that they have forgotten what true life is, and what they themselves are: spiritual beings who would under normal circumstances create their life from the point of stillness within. Instead everybody is driven by external signals of a society that lost its center of Being and that pursues hectically a life to fulfill unnatural consumer dreams and its compulsive activities. And these dreams are becoming more and more bizarre!
It is important, that you pause and overcome the urge to being busy. If you look closely at your daily program you will discover that there are things, which you can just drop as not necessary requisites of your life.
As soon as you start to become quiet from deep within you will be able to participate consciously in the change of your whole being, physically and spiritually. Even if you are already participating in spiritual activities your life might be even then too busy! The mind is it which keeps you busy, activities included! It is understandable but it is also important to step back and merely to Be. Take every day at least 30 Minutes in the morning and evening for yourself, contemplating and meditating, better 1 hour.
Dear ones, it is so necessary, because in these quiet times you are opening yourself up fully for the process of change and true growth. If you do this, you allow your consciousness being changed to become profound, which in return serves the ascension process of earth and all humanity, as you consciously open up for the light to enter you.
The Ascension process is not only a process that is accelerated by certain appropriate thinking patterns, but also a process that goes much deeper and wider, namely when the brain is relaxed and thereby your physical and subtle bodies too. The more they are relaxed and open the more they are able to receive the light, which blesses you with deeper revelations of what you truly are.
This process is ultimately about you and your true identity, which is Divine. This Divinity can only be fully embraced and recognized in its depths when you become still. It is not understood with the mind, but in your unlimited feeling, which pervades and surrounds your body-mind. If you allow this space to unfold and become conscious, you allow unconditional Consciousness to arise.
This is the evolution of humanity, and the more you unite with unconditional Consciousness, the more the total body of humanity will awaken to it, igniting like wildfire every soul of your human family.
The vast and unlimited field of consciousness is humanity’s heritage and sign. In it love flowers boundlessly and abundance is natural.
This state of Being is where you are drawn to and which is your destiny. Envision it and ask yourself whether your present life style is already moving into this direction. It will help you to recognize the necessary changes you need to make to invite New Earth and New Humanity into your life.

Dear Inter-Galactic Emissaries,
We wish to tell you that you are in the process of download and integration of a higher light that was, and is still, being delivered from the higher dimensions. How does higher light download into Earth from the higher dimension? One way is that they “catch a ride” on the current “space weather.”
Whenever there are energy fields flowing from your Sun, or even from outside of your local Solar System, the higher light takes advantage of that opportunity to ride the energy waves into the atmosphere of Gaia. It is important that you remember that all planets, solar systems, galaxies and universes beings are sentient beings.
As you, our Inter-Galactic Emissaries, continue to expand your conscious interaction with your higher expressions of SELF, you will become increasingly aware that Earth is a living, sentient being. If Earth is a living being, then so are all planets, solar systems, galaxies and universes.
A Logos protects each of these immense beings. A Logos is an extremely evolved and highly trained being that interfaces with the inhabitants, human and non-human, of a planet, solar system, galaxy, and/or universe.
Once you develop a deep, personal relationship with Gaia, you will also develop a relationship with the being that is serving as Her Planetary Logos. Earth’s Planetary Logos during in your NOW is the Ascended Master Kuthumi. Before Kuthumi, Sanat Kumara served as the Planetary Logos.
Sanat Kumara traveled, at great personal sacrifice, from his beloved Venus to serve as the Logos for Earth. Sanat Kumara has now returned to Venus, and Kuthumi has taken the mantle of Planetary Logos. All of you, our inter-dimensional emissaries, are in constant communication with Planetary Logos Kuthumi, as well with the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF on our Ships.
You see, we constantly watch over you. In fact, YOU all have a huge multidimensional, support system. Unfortunately, as long as you slumber in the illusion that you are “just a third-dimensional human struggling through the challenges of daily life,” you will NOT be unable to take advantage of the marvelous assistance that is constantly available.
Please remember that we are always ready to personally introduce you to the higher dimensional members of your support team who constantly over light you while you are wearing your earth vessel. We, also, understand that even though you know you have this support system you can still fall into the illusions of the 3D Matrix of Earth.
This Matrix is very real to your third-dimensional perception. It is only when you perceive that matrix from the perspective of the fifth dimension and beyond that you can see that this magnetic matrix is over lit and protected by the crystalline foundation of the fifth dimensional Earth.
We ask that you go into your highest state of consciousness to perceive the fifth-dimensional crystalline emanations that glitter around all physical life. In fact, we ask that you do that right now. Please use your great power of imagination to look at your surroundings through your Third Eye.
· First look at the reality that is NOW surrounding you…
· Now, close you physical eyes and expand your consciousness into the highest state of consciousness you can maintain…
· With your physical eyes closed, “imagine” that you are opening your Third Eye…
· Note how your reality has shifted once you perceive it through Third Eye…
· In order to fool your 3D Brain into acknowledging your higher perceptions, briefly opening your physical eyes, then quickly close them again...
· Your conscious intention of opening and closing your eyes, assist your brain to compute your higher perceptions as real.
It is true that you cannot perceive a frequency external to you that you cannot hold within you. However, even when you expand the frequency of your consciousness, you are still driven by your third-dimensional habit that your higher perceptions are “just your imagination.” This brief moment of doubt in your own perceptions lowers your consciousness, as well as your perceptual range.
Fortunately, many of you are naturally beginning to perceive your physical reality from the viewpoint of a higher frequency. The problem is that your 3D brain has been trained to believe that ONLY third-dimensional perceptions are real, and all the higher dimensional perceptions are “not real.”
Then, you begin to doubt yourself and think, “Maybe it was just a “past life.” Please remember that past and future memories are limited to the time-bound realities of the third and fourth dimensions. Once your consciousness has expanded into the fifth dimension, you will remember, and actually perceive that ALL your lives occur simultaneously.
Happily, our dear Emissaries, these myriad brief moments of remembering your true, multidimensional reality are beginning to unify into increasingly complex memories of “other realities.” When we first asked you to bi-locate to Earth, we had no idea how quickly your 3D brain would dominate over your Multidimensional Mind. We are happy to say that you have all adapted quite well to an extremely challenging situation.
Fortunately, whenever you receive a wonderful rush of unconditional love from the higher worlds, your Multidimensional Mind completely over lights your third dimensional brain. As you consciously remember this experience, you will become determined to repeat it by calling in unconditional love on a regular basis.
You can best call in unconditional love by simply saying, “I unconditionally my SELF.” Please remember to ground this unconditional by sharing with Gaia. For example, you can decree:
“I NOW call unconditional love into my form and ground it into the body of Gaia.”
By making this decree you are reminding yourself that YOU are a Portal Opener. Whatever higher dimensional service you share with your physical reality, begins within your Multidimensional SELF. Thus, when you open a portal to more effectively communicate with your Higher SELF, you are also opening a portal of light to share with Gaia, as well as all Her inhabitants.
YOU, our dear emissaries, are serving as transducers of higher light by pulling in the higher energies through your personal portal and gradually stepping-down these frequencies of light so that you and Gaia can accept this higher light into your personal and planetary self.
By this action, you and the planet become ONE Multidimensional Being who is absorbing and dispensing higher frequencies of light and love into the crystalline overlay that surrounds the magnetic field of Gaia’s 3D Matrix. Eventually, the 3D matrix of illusion and polarity will be completed surrounded, and gradually transmuted, into the crystalline matrix for fifth-dimensional Earth.
It is at this point that your life will begin to completely change. As the magnetic world of illusion is steadily transmuted into the crystalline world of unconditional love and multidimensional light, you will be able to easily accept that all multidimensional experiences as REAL.
Furthermore, when you experience even one brief moment in which the energy field of unconditional love and multidimensional light surrounds you, this energy field goes deep into your atomic structure. Once this multidimensional energy enters your atoms, it begins to activate the multidimensional markers in your 97% “junk” ascension DNA. We remind that 97% of your DNA is actually “ascension DNA,” which is NOW ready to flash into Lightbody.
We also see that you are all opening your entire chakra system to receive this higher light. Once your chakras are fully opened and circulating the higher light and unconditional love, your High Heart and Third Eye, which are already calibrated to the fifth dimension and beyond, come online in your daily life.
Dear Emissaries, you are now ready for your next assignment, which is to connect this higher circuitry to every cell of your body via unconditional love for your SELF. Unconditional love allows you to release hidden darkness/fear that you dared not even see before.
Only with the courage that comes from loving your self unconditionally, can you dare to look at the myriad wounded/darkened areas of your myriad, physical lives. Then, please send them all unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance for the myriad “mistakes” you believe that you made while lost in third-dimensional illusion.
We tell you that none of these events were “mistakes.” You have been sent into a low frequency reality during a time of great crisis with no rulebooks and no guidance, except from your own inner self. Since many of you were judged for your beliefs and/or decisions, you had to keep your true SELF a secret from your physical world. Because of these circumstances, many of you forgot your origins.
Because of this unavoidable situation, we have come directly into your life to remind you of your true identity. Since Earth is still a Free Will Planet, we can only assist you if you ask us. If your 3D self is not yet ready to “believe” in our existence, you can ask us for assistance while in your dreams or meditation.
Even though some of our emissaries may still perceive their third dimension component as their only REAL self, we perceive your higher expressions of SELF and KNOW that YOU is the real you. In fact, we perceive your higher dimensional SELF more clearly than your physical self, as that you is more in alignment with our frequency of consciousness.
When you remember how to habitually hold a fourth or fifth dimensional state of consciousness, you will perceive, and experience a very different reality. Some one standing next to you who is limited to third dimensional consciousness and perceptions will actually be perceiving and living a very different reality.
Your state of consciousness calibrates your perceptions to the version of reality that is consistent with the resonant frequency of your consciousness. We ask you to sleep on this concept and bring it into your meditations and creative endeavors.
We ask you this because you can better receive and understand our transmissions from a higher state of consciousness. From a higher state of consciousness, you have a higher point of perspective. Hence, you perceive a very different reality.
You can also take our words into your dream body, as you understand them more clearly from your fourth and/or dimensional consciousness. You may even be able to stay conscious enough to carry a fifth dimensional “dream” back to your physical self.
To best remember your higher dimensional dream states, before you go to sleep tell your self,
“Tonight I will send my fifth dimensional experiences into my waking memory.”
You may even “wake up” inside a fifth-dimensional dream and be able to bring it all the way back into your awakening earth vessel. Remember through out your busy day to “imagine” your myriad higher dimensional realties flowing around you.
Then pull those realities inside your core to consciously be aware of your Multidimensional SELF inside of YOU! In fact, please do so NOW! We will BE with you because we ARE you.

Even though some of our emissaries may still perceive their third dimension component as their only REAL self, we perceive your higher expressions of SELF and KNOW that YOU is the real you. In fact, we perceive your higher dimensional SELF more clearly than your physical self, as that you is more in alignment with our frequency of consciousness.
When you remember how to habitually hold a fourth or fifth dimensional state of consciousness, you will perceive, and experience a very different reality. Some one standing next to you who is limited to third dimensional consciousness and perceptions will actually be perceiving and living a very different reality.
Your state of consciousness calibrates your perceptions to the version of reality that is consistent with the resonant frequency of your consciousness. We ask you to sleep on this concept and bring it into your meditations and creative endeavors.
We ask you this because you can better receive and understand our transmissions from a higher state of consciousness. From a higher state of consciousness, you have a higher point of perspective. Hence, you perceive a very different reality.
You can also take our words into your dream body, as you understand them more clearly from your fourth and/or dimensional consciousness. You may even be able to stay conscious enough to carry a fifth dimensional “dream” back to your physical self.
To best remember your higher dimensional dream states, before you go to sleep tell your self,
“Tonight I will send my fifth dimensional experiences into my waking memory.”
You may even “wake up” inside a fifth-dimensional dream and be able to bring it all the way back into your awakening earth vessel. Remember through out your busy day to “imagine” your myriad higher dimensional realties flowing around you.
Then pull those realities inside your core to consciously be aware of your Multidimensional SELF inside of YOU! In fact, please do so NOW! We will BE with you because we ARE you.

Greetings dear ones.
In these present times of confusion for so many we see great light shining forth. Much is happening that you are unaware of for chaos is acting to bring forth a change of consciousness for many who otherwise would not be open to change. The human condition fears change, finding a sense of security in sameness regardless of how uncomfortable, painful, or outgrown it may be.
Those experiencing chaotic situations have for the most part, all given permission before incarnating to be a part of some experience that may be needed to help to shift world consciousness. In doing so they are completing personal karma as well as serving to help awaken and shift world consciousness. Not every chaotic experience is pre-planned. There are times when a soul becomes so overwhelmed by life on earth that he forgets his pre-birth contract and lashes out in ways harmful to others and self.
We wish to once again speak of love, to examine the energy of love as Oneness because an understanding of Love is the foundation of ascension. The world in general is confused about love and manifests this outwardly through concepts and beliefs based in personal systems. We have said many times that love is the connecting energy of ONE manifesting as the many and is ever present, whether recognized and accepted or not.
Love does not come and go. It can be denied and resisted, but is ever present, like it or not. There are those who believe they can withhold or give love and third dimensional concepts of love can be manipulated, but this is not Love. Love is Omnipresent Divine Consciousness and when through ignorance or free will choice an individual ignores this, he experiences the manifestations of separateness .
You are creators, creating your own experiences according to either an enlightened or ignorant state of consciousness. Love/oneness cannot be escaped, for it is the reality--all there is, interpreted physically, emotionally, and mentally according to one's belief system.
Examine carefully any lingering beliefs you may still hold regarding love and recognize outside influences from the media, friends, habits, or experience that may be contributing to whatever concepts you still hold. Ask yourselves; " What am I believing that makes me feel this way?" For most there will need to be deep and honest examination in order to discover it .
Gratitude is a facet of love, the reflective energy of love's outflow. Practice giving gratitude for every thing in your life, as even the smallest outpouring of gratitude helps you move beyond concepts and into the flow of love. Allow yourselves to receive, knowing that you are worthy to receive. Love cannot be put into a box to be opened only on certain occasions--occasions that require some material sense of love worthiness.
Love is the omnipresent energy of One Divine Consciousness. Often when someone commits some egregious act against another, the "victim" will declare; " I have forgiven this person.", while within, still holding an attitude of self righteous indignation toward the act and the person. This is perfectly understandable in the third dimensional consciousness of duality and separation, but you are no longer in this state of consciousness and must begin to live out from the higher sense of what you know. Truth must be lived, not just talked about around a dinner table.
Please understand that we are not saying those who commit crimes shouldn't be held accountable, for that is the level they understand, but we say that you are evolved enough now to view these things from a different standpoint.
Forgiving and acknowledging the Divine Light of every living thing is not work for the faint hearted, it is extremely difficult to let go of self righteousness when ms-understood or victimized. However, the more you integrate truth, the more you will start to see through human appearances and recognize any remaining third dimensional concepts you may personally hold. Life becomes becomes easier because the experiences of the world no longer resonate with your energy.
Take time to examine your belief system carefully and honestly. Compare any concepts you may still be holding to the truth you now know about Love.
Karmic situations between individuals can once and for all be brought to completion through Divine Love even if one of the persons involved does not choose to participate. First recognize that the other person is a Divine Being even if they don't know or care to know this themselves. Then send them light and consciously intend that any negative energetic cords that may have been created between you be lovingly and permanently removed. Many old karmic relationships are coming to conscious awareness at this time because it is necessary to move beyond them if you are to evolve.
Karmic bonds are easily recognized when there is some person or persons in your life that you constantly feel out of sync with, don't like, or resist in some way. Many times they are a relative, the result of pre birth choices made by both to activate and then clear old energetic residue . Energetic cords can also develop through too much "love" and attachment to another, and these also must be cleared. Most energetic bonds develop and may strengthen through lifetimes and have been carried with you into this lifetime. It is time to now clear them leaving you free to evolve.
You are ready to fine tune beliefs about love, moving beyond the concepts of a society enmeshed in the belief that a person's good is outside of them in persons, places, or things. This does not mean you cannot have healthy happy relationships, but means that real relationships come only after one moves beyond "needing" a relationship through the realization that they are complete with or without another. These partnerships happen by choice of both parties, carry mutual respect for the individuality of the other, and are never based in neediness, judgement, insecurity, or the belief that one is half of a couple.
Love is the natural outflow of a consciousness that realizes its wholeness and completeness by virtue of Oneness, dear ones. In this state of consciousness you stop looking to others to complete you. You cease allowing yourself to be validated by outside opinions. You come to know that in reality, you are complete and whole and world opinions are irrelevant. You know that you can never be separated from who and what you are--EVER. This does not mean ignoring common sense or human faults that need looking at, but means that within your heart you begin to identify with your true Self rather than the ego self.
A realization of LOVE allows you to freely love the world because now you are able to see through the outer pictures. Now is a powerful time and a deeper realization of Love is the bottom line of ascension. No more labels, no more holding back while deciding who is worthy of love and who is not. This does not mean that you must feel an emotion of love for the transgressors of the world, but it does mean that there must come the realization that those souls not yet awake, are also Divine Beings. Visualize a diamond in the heart of each and every person you meet or become aware of even though it may be a very small one.
You are ready to go deeper in your understanding--living, moving, and having your being in real Love.
