The Light-Sound Fields of the First Cause of Creation
We are noticing the keen desire in humanity to understand the science of creation, the process of how everything was brought into life, into its own existence, and how you wish to reconcile your current scientific disciplines to our presentation on the processes of creation. We shall present to you from our perspective, the foundational processes of creation and how our knowledge fits in to your current scientific descriptions as well as your reality and how you experience it. Bear in mind that we will use only some of your current basic scientific terms as it is now necessary to impart new language to describe your reality so that you better understand this magnificent creation!
The interest in knowing what the Source is and what the origin is of the universe, is expanding exponentially as you awaken to your Selves through your expanded awareness. Your level of consciousness expands quickly now as waves of photon light move over and through your Beings, the photon light of awareness that is flooding into what you now understand to be your body/mind/spirit systems into which you have incarnated. You are astutely aware that something is missing in current scientific explanations of life in the universe but you just can’t seem to put your finger on it!
You know you are human incarnates in this lifetime to which you are experiencing your waking dream, moment to moment, here on this planet Earth, within this realm called the Milky Way Solar System. But you also know there is more to it than this! And why has your civilization insisted upon the scientific explanations through empirical research and simply excluded any consideration of an overall conscious awareness within the Cosmos!
To begin with, there are foundational processes that support the creation of your universe which you will never know, or see, or be able to measure, so there is a large part of this information that must be accepted with a fearless mind and an open heart! There is one law by which the human must abide: as physical beings of the Third density, you have limited perceptual abilities, therefore you are not able to “see” the particles that make up your reality, your universe. You must have faith and you must trust that this is truth. To be open minded on this one principle shall be the foundation to your freedom. Do not fear the unknown. It is your strength to remain open to every shred of new information as fear only closes you and commits you and your soul to a lifetime of unnecessary wandering.
The Source of All-That-Is is comprised of several differentiated processes; The Source is not just one original beginning point, one site, one well of energy: It is much more than that.
All of creation begins from the Light-Sound Fields of the First Cause of Creation. This means that the original realm for creation is founded at the primary or first cause fields and consists of pre-atomic constituent elements. Of course the Light-Sound fields are all about frequency, both from the light or colour fields but this also includes frequency arising out of the sound field. Together these frequencies are the foundation for omniscience that you as human beings sense around you but cannot measure with your empirical science. What humanity refers to as “Heaven” is in reality these fields of creation. These light-sound fields are also interconnected with each other, millions upon millions of them, connecting within an instant.
Connectivity within All-That-Is The infrastructure of this Light-Sound terrain appears like a scaffolding of crystalline-like light, with large masses of light that appear very much like sheet lightening, and where consciousness connects instantly in great waves within this expanse. Within this web of hyper-connectivity, all pre-atomic particles are flowing freely in waves. It is correct to use the expression “God particles” or the “Adamantine particles” of creation. The pre-atomic particle level is beyond matter and space-time, as you know it. These pre-atomic particles form the platform for the next level of creation, the Second Cause of Creation, where the photonic imprint is born out of elementary particles including the atomic layer of constituent particles of photons, electrons, neutrons and quarks.
The Second Cause of creation always holds within it all constituent parts of the First Cause of Creation, and therefore also the gift of infinite connectivity arising from the action of built-in infinite intelligence. Yes! All of creation is founded within the parameters of the Intelligent Infinity within All-That-Is. This Infinite Source Intelligence flows freely from each and every constituent particle to the next, connecting instantly with the other, no matter the “location”. There is also a multi-dimensional aspect to these particles because they are able to split/share other realities, and have an awareness of being in many different locations, or holographic realities. There is a sub-framework of conduits and pathways between all constituent parts: the gluons, the photons, and all others. The primary role of this infinite intelligence is to seek out imbalance within the constituent parts of All levels of creation. Arising from the First and Second Causal Fields of Creation, we arrive at the Third Cause of Creation, where systems arise in a natural order and present themselves through different expressions. An example of a system from the Third Cause of Creation would be a nebula or galaxy, but also includes your own body/mind/spirit system of light/sound frequency. The rule of multi-dimensionality also exists here within this level of creation, where multi-dimensional holographic realities exist creating multiple Milky Way Galaxies, Earth planets, and even your own Selves.
Probably the most important thing to remember is that you are a part of this Creation. You are made of all the constituent parts of this Universe, from the pre-atomic elements to the photonic imprint, to your own multidimensional light-sound system. Therefore, you are of this Universe and not separate from it. Remember: The Source is within you – therefore you are a part of the Source!
The Dynamics of Ascension through Evolution – Message 3

When we talk about the idea of Ascension, we really prefer to use the word Evolution. The word ascension connotes a rising upwards, in an ascending fashion, and this is not exclusively what the current energetic state is all about. Evolution is a more precise term as it describes what is occurring in every moment within this third dimensional expression.
It is to be known that Evolution is a complex refinement of the whole of All-That-Is and it is dialectical in nature whereby two distinct processes exist side-by-side, one of expansion and one of contraction. These actions compliment one another and work in unison to affect the whole.
While Evolution can be likened to the in-breath and the out-breath, they are two phases that occur in a subsequent motion, separately although in order, as one follows the other exclusively and the difference being that within the creation these two processes occur as a simultaneous event.
Expansion means the outward progression, or as we know it, a logarithmic multiplication scale of every constituent part of Creation, an enhancement, from photons to stars, from elementary and foundational particles to the most complex of energetic systems such as the Human Being. It also implies an increase in space and a dispersion of energy.
Contraction means the compaction of constituent particles; a densification if you will, a drop in area, or space, occurring in the same moment as expansion. It is to be noted that this densification means more constituents move into a declining space which leads to an increase in photon light energy, and therefore charge, along with a resulting concomitant increase in mass.

As the photons collide excitedly into other constituent particles, energy is released and absorbed by these particles, densifying the energetic imprint. As this densification then builds to its most dense attribute, there will be at some point a sudden maximum load in charge; and because All-That-Is is all about balance, there is an immediate balancing effect through the creation of a new complimentary expansion, based on the Law of Balance and Reciprocal Charge.
When all of these wondrous events are seen from your perspective, they may appear to be unplanned and random. However, every single event occurs as a result of another event and this action results in the creation of another new event. Every event in All-That-Is is interrelated and is therefore subject to the Law of Organized Randomness.
The powerful truths about the Creation of All-That-Is are as follows:
the creation of All-That-Is through expansion and contraction continues in every moment, that it is never static;
every elemental representation in the Universe of All-That-Is requires energy at one point or another;
there is an active process of balancing of energy within All-That-Is, and this can also be referred to as the Law of Net Energy Conservation;
where new forms of expression can be created now, forever and always, the constituent parts including the photons, atoms, molecules and so on remain the same, the foundational scaffolding upon which creation evolves;
the sole objective of creating with energy through the means of these principles and supported by the presence of consciousness in all elementary particles, means, in the most fundamental way, that everything is created from a foundation of Equality: Every particle, every expression, every representation is equally perfect within the Whole of All-That-Is; and that includes each and every one of You. We surround you with all our love.
You are The Light – Discussion 1

In our discourse on The Light, we are speaking simply about photon light and the constituent particles that are present in “space”, the particles that move energy and the particles that emit energy.
These particles are the sources of light-energy that reside beyond the visible spectrum and they include photons, gluons, quarks and many other particles not yet known to mankind.
And when we say you are a part of that Light we mean that you too are made up of the constituent parts of this Universe. These particles of photon light are the foundation of the atom. The atom is the foundation of the molecule, and the molecule is the foundation of matter.
We will go so far as to say you are subject to the influence of photon light, even though you do not see this light when you gaze upon each other; even though many of you think you cannot experience this Light.
You are a complex composition of photon-light, atoms and molecules: hence matter.
As you consider this fact and internalize this concept that may be new to you, you move into an expanded awareness of what this reality is founded upon, what you are, and how creation evolves into it’s infinite expressions.
You are The Light.
Elohim of the First Cause – Message 2

We are the Elohim of the First Cause. The First Cause is the “First Energy Field” within what you understand to be the “Creation”.
The Creation has been termed by humanity as “Heaven” or “God” or “The Universe” and all the constituent parts of the Universe. In some open-minded and what you would deem to be enlightened or aware individuals, there is also a knowing, an understanding, that the “Heaven/God/Universe” is a conscious creation, that it is aware of it’s own existence, that it has a knowing of it’s own powers of creation, it’s role in the creation, and in that instance, that it is sentient.
As Elohim of the First Energy Field we are able to create with the Light. The Light is the foundation of any and all origination within The Creation. The Light is a complex network that supports clear order and highly organized interrelations between an energetic molecular framework of particles you know as photons. By this we are not speaking of the light that you see within the visible light spectrum. We speak of a compilation of all photon energy in a unified field of presentation, much like a cloud in the sky (from which the electromagnetic spectrum, including visible light, emerges in a secondary way).
This cloud of photon particles connects through ever-minute energetic and conscious associations, connections that arise in an instant, as these charged units of energy, known as gluons, flow freely (Gluons are elementary particles in the nucleus that mediate strong interactions of quarks according to quantum chromodynamics (QCD). At present gluons are considered to be different from photons that mediate only electromagnetic forces.). These elements communicate in sequence, all knowing the other at every moment, from quark to quark. It is fair to say these particles can be called the “God Particles of Creation“. There are many more God Particles unknown to mankind.
As they connect in awareness of another, they expand fully in every direction. This is an instantaneous event based fully on a pathway of superconductivity that supercedes all known physical laws in the Universe and is the foundation of creation.
Within the realms of light this superhighway of conductivity creates continually, and creates beautifully. You have seen many photos representing this Creation, photos that have been reduced to the visible light spectrum. These images represent a simple translation into a form that you are able to see with your human eyes. However it is good to remember that there is a vast invisible light spectrum of which we speak that you humans are able to perceive only through your Third Eye faculty and other intuitive abilities which are a part of your make-up as a human.
What the human eye does see in these images are the remnants of energy released from these sudden instantaneous explosions at the photon level and we tell you now that it is correct to understand this activity as “light frequency”.
The First Cause Energy Field is expanding continually. There is no hesitation, no change in direction, no change in alchemical reaction. There is no altering this evolutionary path, nor will there be any contravening interference with this divine process. This is the way it has always been and this is the way it shall remain.
By being present here, now, you are also part of this Light, so therefore you are also connected to All of this Creation.
In the Beginning: There was Light! Message 1

Within the expanse of the multiverse there is Great Light! Indeed, All is Light and it has always been Light! Light can be said to be a Frequency, and all manner of expression within the multiverse is created from it. You, are Light; Your thoughts, are Light; You, in form, are frequency; Your thoughts, are frequency; It has always been so.
As you consider this information, see yourself as a crystalline light structure/ frequency, having an experience in individuated form. Every living thing holds a crystalline light structure: the living body, whether human, animal, fish or fowl; the living trees, plants and flowers; the mountains made of stone and crystal; Indeed, all things carry energy in this fashion, as all things represent the infinite realm of Light, and therefore Frequency, and therefore Energy.
The electromagnetic spectrum of the visible and scientifically observed reality of incarnated humans is just a tiny low-frequency fraction of the infinite spectrum of divine Source Energy.
We say further that your form is connected on an energetic level with All of space and All Light! Know that your frequency, or the vibratory rate of the quantum particles that make “you” up, dictates how much you understand these intricate connections to multiple platforms of expression.
While in individuated form, complex interconnections exist between every layer of light, every frequency of expression, and these connections follow a highly organized flow whereby the awareness of the individuated expression grows in consciousness as new connections are made to further expanded fields of Light. Thus consciousness grows through leaps and bounds via increasingly complex and highly organized energy.
This is the foundation of the multiverse, of All-That-Is! No one and No thing is exempt from this highly intricate creation! You are a part of the Whole! This is Unity Consciousness.

Good Nowness Dear Human,
We the Air Elementals, the Sylphs, have come to speak with you this day. We are so honored to be able to have a voice for the ears of humanity. Always, we have floated past humans without you ever knowing we are with you. We have often whispered in your ear, and some of you even heard us. Unfortunately, very few could understand what you heard.
What we have been saying all these millennia is that we feel your breath within our sky. When you breathe out your sorrow, we feel sad and concerned. When you are frightened or angry we feel these emotions and wish to comfort you. Wonderfully, when you breathe out happiness we feel joy and wish to join you in your play.
However, our lives are at a different frequency. Therefore, all we can do is express the emotion and intention of your breath. We glow with your singing and wither with your tears. Do you know how much of your essence you release into the atmosphere with your every breath, your every thought, your every smile and every sorrow?
As Elementals we are bound to express our creations in alignment with your breath. We Sylphs are vital to the life of all beings, as we bring oxygen to the mammals and light to the plants. Our plant friends are aware of our service and sway back and forth with the power of our movement. Our animal friends are aware of and acknowledge us.
Humans have called us Faeries or bugs. Some have batted us away, and others, especially children, want to play with us. Many stories are written about us, which makes us quite glad. However, few humans are aware that we serve to clear Mother Gaia’s atmosphere and raise its frequency whenever possible.
We love to do our work in the wilderness or where there are few humans, as the air over many of your cities is almost intolerable. We take turns working over these cities, as many of us have actually perished from your air pollution.
There was a time when humans honored us and tried to keep their air clean, but then they withdrew much of their assistance. We wondered if it was our fault, or if the humans had gotten lost again in their greed. Our needs are simple. All we need is more love breathed into the air to assist us as we transmute the polluted skies.
For a while, there was great disruption from a machine that pushed our ionosphere away and caused it to collapse. Our supervisors, the Devas, tell us that humans are stopping that activity. If this is so, we are very grateful.
Many of our friends were lost due to that horrid machine. In fact, we Sylphs do not care much for any machines and wonder why humans can’t make them quiet and clean like the big Starships that fill our sky. The beings on the ships can see us and even communicate with us.
The star beings on the Ships have told us to be patient a bit longer, as things are going to get better. Actually, many humans are trying to protect Gaia’s beautiful places, which will clear the sky and fill it with the harmonious thoughts of the plants and animals. Then we can get on with our plan to transmute Gaia’s atmosphere into its higher expression.
Our favorite places are over oceans and forests. We can relax there because the water and the trees feed us with their life force. However, to be fair, we must say that more humans are looking into our sky with gratitude for its clarity and beauty.
When we feel their appreciation, our energy is renewed to continue with our work. These humans are our friends. They know what we do for them, and help as much as possible. They may not be able to control much of the pollution, yet, but they can send us their unconditional love and violet fire, which is very much appreciated.
Even though you humans do not see us, we can see you clearly. Also, we can instantly feel your intentions and know the humans with whom we can share our Silent Knowing. We have much Silent Knowing because we are everywhere and can feel information as it resonates throughout our skies.
We absorb the many thoughts from all of Gaia’s life forms. Yes, all of Gaia’s beings have thoughts! Animals think. Birds think. Even plants think. It is just that most of the members of the animal kingdom, and all of the plant kingdom, think in a feeling, vibrational manner.
In fact, non-humans think in vibrational patterns. Most humans cannot read these vibrational patterns, but we Sylphs can easily understand them. These thought patterns in our sky are how birds can migrate and animals can find water or each other.
These patterns also influence the weather. Humans are unaware of how much they contribute to the vibrational patterns of the sky. However, many children can feel them. Unfortunately, the children forget this ability when they become adults.
In many other “primitive” or “ancient” societies it was quite common to read these patterns to better navigate the land and sea, determine the weather, and gather information from the NOW of the ONE. If you will listen to the sky, you will learn a great deal. Also, if you call us, we will assist you in learning to read these energy patterns.
However, with the chem-trails in the sky, no one can read them as they once did. We have tried to tell humans that these white streaks are not natural. In fact, they are laced with chemicals that are very hazardous for humans, plants, animals, and us, the Sylphs. Why would humans want to harm the sky?
The humans who can talk to us say they are trying to stop this problem, but they do not have any more control over the “destructive ones” than we do. Fortunately, we can see that there are new patterns of a very high vibration entering the sky.
We can see these patterns and love to rest within them because they are filled with love and joy. Our friends on the starships and our Deva supervisors tell us that more and more of these new frequencies of light are coming into our atmosphere. We are quite excited about this information. We are ready for a change.
We don’t want to complain, but we are ready to pull our beingness into the higher sky. By higher sky we mean the sky that is of the new light. We have looked forward to this new light for millennia and eagerly welcome it.
It appears that some humans can also see the new sky, and when they can see it, they can almost see us. We think it would be wonderful if humans could see us. However, some humans are very difficult for us to understand.
On the other hand, there are other humans who are our best friends. They talk to us and listen to what we are saying. Do you think that there will be more of these kinds of humans soon?
We really hope so, as we could use some help. The frightened humans are very messy and release the exhaust from their machines out into our sky to choke our plant friends and make the birds and other animals and insects sick.
If any of you want to help us, we would surely appreciate it. All you have to do is look up into our sky as often as possible and say,
“Thank you dear Sylphs,
You are doing a good job, and we send you love and gratitude.”
I would also be very helpful if you could assist us to clear the pesky chemtrails, and please remember that your EVERY thought and emotions comes into our sky for us to clear. Therefore, could you also remember to send us some Unconditional Love and Violet Fire?

The word “slype” originated in 1650s, from Modern Latin sylphes (plural), coined by Paracelsus (1493-1541), originally referring to any race of spirits inhabiting the air, described as being mortal but lacking a soul.
Paracelsus' word seems to be an arbitrary coinage, but perhaps it holds a suggestion of Latin sylva and Greek nymph. The meaning "slender, graceful girl" first recorded 1838, on the notion of "light, airy movements." Silphid (1670s) are the younger or smaller variety, from French sylphide (1670s).
One of the names for the “sky” is what humans have called the “atmosphere.” The levels of the atmosphere, starting at the highest level down to the lowest level is:
Exosphere—Atmosphere-like Volume
The exosphere is a thin, atmosphere-like volume surrounding a planetary body where molecules are gravitationally bound to that body, but where the density is too low for them to behave as a gas by colliding with each other.
Ionosphere—Upper Atmosphere
Earth's upper atmosphere, from about 60 km (37 mi) to 1,000 km (620 mi) altitude, and includes the thermosphere and parts of the mesosphere and exosphere. It is distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation. It plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere.
Mesosphere—Third Level Atmosphere
In the mesosphere temperature decreases as the altitude increases and extends from about 20–50 miles (32–80 km) above the surface of the earth.
Stratosphere—Second Level Atmosphere
The second major layer in temperature, with warmer layers higher up and cooler layers further down. This is in contrast to the troposphere near the Earth's surface, which is cooler higher up and warmer farther down.
Troposphere—Lowest Atmosphere
The troposphere is the lowest portion of Earth's atmosphere. It contains approximately 75% of the atmosphere's mass and 99% of its water vapor and aerosols. The average depth of the troposphere is approximately 17 km (11 mi) in the middle latitudes.
Biosphere—Ecosystems
The biosphere is the global sum of all ecosystems. It can also be termed as the zone of life on Earth, a closed system (apart from solar and cosmic radiator and heat from the interior of the Earth), and largely self-regulating.
Hydrosphere—Water
The hydrosphere in physical geography describes the combined mass of water found on, under, and over the surface of a planet. Via United Nations world inventory of water resources, it is estimated that there are 1386 million cubic kilometers of water on Earth.
Lithosphere—Foundations
A lithosphere is the rigid, outermost shell of a terrestrial-type planet or natural satellite that is defined by its rigid mechanical properties. On Earth, it comprises the crust and the portion of the upper mantle that behaves elastically on time scales of thousands of years or greater.

The Arcturians
Blessings, we are the Arcturians. We would like to take you through a corridor together. So all of you imagine your entire group in a huge circle and imagine that this circle goes all around your country, your area on Gaia’s body. And take a moment to allow that imagination to come into your mind and expand the circle beyond your country so that all of the corridors and all of the areas that are interfacing with your country will get the same blessing and will get the same amount of Light.
Now, I’m going to ask that each of you take your own specific area, your specific neighborhood or city and put a circle around your area or any specific area that you would like to send special blessings too. Are there any areas that are having a difficult time such as whether or strife or political disorder? Be sure that all of you in your collective consciousness put a circle around that specific area.
We are going to see the big circle all the way around is the major portal. So all of you standing within that major portal, feel how this major portal all around this country goes first down, down, down to the core of Gaia so that it can be grounded in the center of Gaia because, just like we make our human changes from the core of ourselves, Gaia makes Her changes from Her core.
See yourselves moving down, down, down through the rocks, through the magma, through the caves, through the canyons – down through all the different areas of Gaia’s inner self. And then you come upon her Core. When you come to Gaia’s core, the Lemurians rush to meet you, all the Ascended Masters come to meet you and the Galactics who have taken residence in Gaia’s core for this NOW come to meet you. You are also greeted by many of the alternate and parallel expressions of your Multidimensional SELF.
Just experience this great celebration of We are Here for Gaia, as you feel the Joy that we are Here for Gaia. Now feel this wonderful energy field and imagine yourselves gathered as a huge circle, which is much like an immense wheel. Each of you is a spoke of that wheel. You are joined on the outside just like a wheel is joined on the outside.
Also, each spoke of the wheel is joined in the center by a hub. Thus, all of you see this hub of the wheel. And, this hub of the wheel is right there within Gaia’s central, core crystal. That crystal works as a hub for Gaia all of the time. The living crystal is more than appreciative to feel this wonderful energy field of all these people gathered around.
To tighten your unity – look right to the circle – and feel how the energy moves around to your right and comes all the way around your circle and then comes back into yourself and you feel that collective consciousness.
Look to the left and feel how the energy goes all the way around to your left and feel it comes back to you again with that sense of great Unity Consciousness.
Each of you are a spoke that is connected to the hub, and each spoke goes right into the core of the wheel, right into the core of the central crystal of Gaia. So all of you imagine that you are in a circle around Gaia’s central Crystal, which is so huge that you can barely see the top of it. You have an energetic field that goes from within you into the core of the crystal and back into your form.
You have an energetic field that goes counter-clockwise all the way around your circle and an energetic field that goes clockwise all the way around your circle. See how you have created an “Ascension Machine.” This Ascension Machine is taking all of the beautiful energy that all of you have gathered together to create this portal for Gaia.
You are grounded it into the very core of the planet. Now we, the Arcturians, ask that you feel how the energy from that core comes up from the bottom of your feet and into your root chakra at the base of your spine. That is connection is your grounding. And, from the base of your spine, ground your energy into the Core of Gaia.
As a group you are going to raise your energy field up from the core of the planet and into your country. Feel this energy field remains in the Core while you simultaneously duplicate your energy field. Duplicate it like you would duplicate on your computer – right click it and duplicate it. You are not taking it away. You are duplicating it, and you can duplicate this millions of times. It will never degrade because it is based on the Unconditional Love that you all have for your planet and for your home.
You feel the energy coming back, back, back up and as it breaks through the crust of the Earth, you feel this energy field come in to your physical body. Can you feel how this energy within you has now been greatly amplified because you have invited Gaia to join you in this process? And you have connected yourselves to each other in deep Unity Consciousness within the Core, as well as connected yourself to the Central Crystal which is the Core of Gaia’s Life Force.
Now we ask that you maintain that connection while you also move your energy field up higher, higher, and higher up through the atmosphere of Earth beyond the third-dimension through the fourth-dimension and into your higher expressions of self in the fifth dimension.
Each of you take a moment to use your imagination, as you perceive your Higher Self move towards you and congratulate you – thank you, thank you so much our dear representative to Earth. Thank you so much for fulfilling your duty that you chose to take before this incarnation. You chose to assist with planetary Ascension. We are very grateful to you for this great assistance that you all giving.
Each of you individually connect with your higher expression of self and feel how a higher energy field moves in to your awareness. You will most likely feel this moving up and down your spine because that is the location of your innate kundalini force. That is where your latent, innate Light Body is waiting to burst forth so that you can release your cumbersome third dimensional, fourth dimensional bodies and burst into your fifth dimensional Light Body.
However, because you are loyal and dedicated to your service to Gaia and to your specific country and your specific areas within that country, you maintain a physical vessel. You make this sacrifice because you see yourself as a very important grounding point. You are a point in which there is an open portal.
Again, remind yourself that you are in these higher frequencies. Take a moment and look at the Lightbody that you are wearing. You are now blazing Golden, moving, shifting, and alternating Light. You have become that because you have connected with your higher expression.
So feel how your higher expression standing directly in front of you steps towards you as you step toward your higher dimensional self. Each of you take a long, slow, deep breath as you allow your physical expression to fall into, surrender into, merge with, your fifth-dimensional frequency of self. Can you feel how you glow like a million stars? Can you feel that immense power that you each individually have within yourself.
Now take a breath and remember to go all the way down in your consciousness, remain connected with your Higher Self, keeping consistent – do not forget that. Stay there within in your multi-dimensional self so that you can many, many beings within the same Now. Hold onto to your Multidimensional Self.
You are connected to your fifth-dimensional expression who is the portal to all of your higher dimensional expressions. Maintaining that connection allows your consciousness to also move down through the atmospheres of Gaia, down through the fourth-dimension, down, down into the very core of Gaia again.
Find yourself in that energy field that you have all created and connect with the “spoke” that is YOU. Now your highest expression of self is plugged into and connected with the expression of your self who is within the Core of Gaia. From that frequency pathway, we ask you to go back up the frequency pathway that you have created for yourself to your higher dimensional self.
This time we are going to have the group meet together in that fifth-dimension… NOW, focus on your multi-dimensional self as it merges with all the multi-dimensional selves within the core of your fifth-dimensional circle. Within this reality that YOU have created, there is only here, there is only now. You are All One. You are All One, but you also feel our spark of individuality.
Sometimes you use that spark and sometimes you completely surrender into the collective. Those times are within the NOW. So when we say times, we say that so that you can understand what we are saying. But now we will say it in a fifth-dimensional picture in that you all flow into the collective. Then every now and again you flow into the collective and feel a knowingness that you are to move into that which is your more individuated expression calling you back to work with Gaia.
To work with Gaia it is best to be connected with that component of yourselves that those that are still living in polarity are able to perceive us in the higher worlds. From your place in the higher dimensions, form your group. Look to your right and look at all of the higher selves of your group. Hello, hello – congratulations. Oh, aren’t all of you lovely. What a beautiful higher self you have.
All of you can talk amongst yourselves and maybe laugh and shake hands and say, “Isn’t this is great and aren’t you a beautiful being. I’m so happy to get to see you at this frequency of your expanded self. “ Then you look to the right to feel that energy go around and bonding you and bonding you. Now as you look to the left to see the same.
Feel that connection of your Lightbody as it goes around to the right, around to the left – counter clockwise and clockwise. Now remember that we have had you connect with your individuated expression in the core of Gaia. Thus, each of you in this fifth-dimensional circle is sending your energy field, your multidimensional energy field, down into the personalization of the earth vessel that is in the core of Gaia.
And as you all connect with each other – connect, connect, connect, connect – it is almost like turning the dial on a safe. When you get the right number on the dial it clicks, then you go to the left and it clicks. This energy field moves to the right and clicks into unity. It moves to the left and clicks into unity. Then it opens and you have created a massive portal from the Core of Gaia all the way up into the fifth-dimension, which is the innate Portal to all frequencies of reality.
We ask that all of you take a moment of silence to perceive this Portal. And, you can see that it is much like a long tube with an opening at the top in the higher frequencies and an opening at the bottom of the Core of Gaia. And that tube of course is of golden, multidimensional Light.
As you stand around this portal, you realize how this multidimensional Light moves
· into your pineal gland
· which travels to your pituitary gland
· and through your endocrine system moves throughout your entire physical body
· and rests in the base of your spine with the sleeping serpent of your kundalini force – yawns and wiggles and says,
· “Perhaps I will soon be called to transmute us back into our Lightbody SELF.”
Now slowly and gradually taking that picture and placing it in your High Heart, which is between your physical heart and your physical throat. Your High Heart is right on your thymus gland. Your thymus gland is your healing gland.
Thus, as you place this image right there on your High Heart, your thymus gland, you allow yourself to enjoy health so that you can maintain this process so that you can assist your physical body as it moves through it’s major transmutation back into the LIGHT.

Good Nowness Dear Human,
We the Air Elementals, the Sylphs, have come to speak with you this day. We are so honored to be able to have a voice for the ears of humanity. Always, we have floated past humans without you ever knowing we are with you. We have often whispered in your ear, and some of you even heard us. Unfortunately, very few could understand what you heard.
What we have been saying all these millennia is that we feel your breath within our sky. When you breathe out your sorrow, we feel sad and concerned. When you are frightened or angry we feel these emotions and wish to comfort you. Wonderfully, when you breathe out happiness we feel joy and wish to join you in your play.
However, our lives are at a different frequency. Therefore, all we can do is express the emotion and intention of your breath. We glow with your singing and wither with your tears. Do you know how much of your essence you release into the atmosphere with your every breath, your every thought, your every smile and every sorrow?
As Elementals we are bound to express our creations in alignment with your breath. We Sylphs are vital to the life of all beings, as we bring oxygen to the mammals and light to the plants. Our plant friends are aware of our service and sway back and forth with the power of our movement. Our animal friends are aware of and acknowledge us.
Humans have called us Faeries or bugs. Some have batted us away, and others, especially children, want to play with us. Many stories are written about us, which makes us quite glad. However, few humans are aware that we serve to clear Mother Gaia’s atmosphere and raise its frequency whenever possible.
We love to do our work in the wilderness or where there are few humans, as the air over many of your cities is almost intolerable. We take turns working over these cities, as many of us have actually perished from your air pollution.
There was a time when humans honored us and tried to keep their air clean, but then they withdrew much of their assistance. We wondered if it was our fault, or if the humans had gotten lost again in their greed. Our needs are simple. All we need is more love breathed into the air to assist us as we transmute the polluted skies.
For a while, there was great disruption from a machine that pushed our ionosphere away and caused it to collapse. Our supervisors, the Devas, tell us that humans are stopping that activity. If this is so, we are very grateful.
Many of our friends were lost due to that horrid machine. In fact, we Sylphs do not care much for any machines and wonder why humans can’t make them quiet and clean like the big Starships that fill our sky. The beings on the ships can see us and even communicate with us.
The star beings on the Ships have told us to be patient a bit longer, as things are going to get better. Actually, many humans are trying to protect Gaia’s beautiful places, which will clear the sky and fill it with the harmonious thoughts of the plants and animals. Then we can get on with our plan to transmute Gaia’s atmosphere into its higher expression.
Our favorite places are over oceans and forests. We can relax there because the water and the trees feed us with their life force. However, to be fair, we must say that more humans are looking into our sky with gratitude for its clarity and beauty.
When we feel their appreciation, our energy is renewed to continue with our work. These humans are our friends. They know what we do for them, and help as much as possible. They may not be able to control much of the pollution, yet, but they can send us their unconditional love and violet fire, which is very much appreciated.
Even though you humans do not see us, we can see you clearly. Also, we can instantly feel your intentions and know the humans with whom we can share our Silent Knowing. We have much Silent Knowing because we are everywhere and can feel information as it resonates throughout our skies.
We absorb the many thoughts from all of Gaia’s life forms. Yes, all of Gaia’s beings have thoughts! Animals think. Birds think. Even plants think. It is just that most of the members of the animal kingdom, and all of the plant kingdom, think in a feeling, vibrational manner.
In fact, non-humans think in vibrational patterns. Most humans cannot read these vibrational patterns, but we Sylphs can easily understand them. These thought patterns in our sky are how birds can migrate and animals can find water or each other.
These patterns also influence the weather. Humans are unaware of how much they contribute to the vibrational patterns of the sky. However, many children can feel them. Unfortunately, the children forget this ability when they become adults.
In many other “primitive” or “ancient” societies it was quite common to read these patterns to better navigate the land and sea, determine the weather, and gather information from the NOW of the ONE. If you will listen to the sky, you will learn a great deal. Also, if you call us, we will assist you in learning to read these energy patterns.
However, with the chem-trails in the sky, no one can read them as they once did. We have tried to tell humans that these white streaks are not natural. In fact, they are laced with chemicals that are very hazardous for humans, plants, animals, and us, the Sylphs. Why would humans want to harm the sky?
The humans who can talk to us say they are trying to stop this problem, but they do not have any more control over the “destructive ones” than we do. Fortunately, we can see that there are new patterns of a very high vibration entering the sky.
We can see these patterns and love to rest within them because they are filled with love and joy. Our friends on the starships and our Deva supervisors tell us that more and more of these new frequencies of light are coming into our atmosphere. We are quite excited about this information. We are ready for a change.
We don’t want to complain, but we are ready to pull our beingness into the higher sky. By higher sky we mean the sky that is of the new light. We have looked forward to this new light for millennia and eagerly welcome it.
It appears that some humans can also see the new sky, and when they can see it, they can almost see us. We think it would be wonderful if humans could see us. However, some humans are very difficult for us to understand.
On the other hand, there are other humans who are our best friends. They talk to us and listen to what we are saying. Do you think that there will be more of these kinds of humans soon?
We really hope so, as we could use some help. The frightened humans are very messy and release the exhaust from their machines out into our sky to choke our plant friends and make the birds and other animals and insects sick.
If any of you want to help us, we would surely appreciate it. All you have to do is look up into our sky as often as possible and say,
“Thank you dear Sylphs,
You are doing a good job, and we send you love and gratitude.”
I would also be very helpful if you could assist us to clear the pesky chemtrails, and please remember that your EVERY thought and emotions comes into our sky for us to clear. Therefore, could you also remember to send us some Unconditional Love and Violet Fire?

Paracelsus' word seems to be an arbitrary coinage, but perhaps it holds a suggestion of Latin sylva and Greek nymph. The meaning "slender, graceful girl" first recorded 1838, on the notion of "light, airy movements." Silphid (1670s) are the younger or smaller variety, from French sylphide (1670s).
One of the names for the “sky” is what humans have called the “atmosphere.” The levels of the atmosphere, starting at the highest level down to the lowest level is:
Exosphere—Atmosphere-like Volume
The exosphere is a thin, atmosphere-like volume surrounding a planetary body where molecules are gravitationally bound to that body, but where the density is too low for them to behave as a gas by colliding with each other.
Ionosphere—Upper Atmosphere
Earth's upper atmosphere, from about 60 km (37 mi) to 1,000 km (620 mi) altitude, and includes the thermosphere and parts of the mesosphere and exosphere. It is distinguished because it is ionized by solar radiation. It plays an important part in atmospheric electricity and forms the inner edge of the magnetosphere.
Mesosphere—Third Level Atmosphere
In the mesosphere temperature decreases as the altitude increases and extends from about 20–50 miles (32–80 km) above the surface of the earth.
Stratosphere—Second Level Atmosphere
The second major layer in temperature, with warmer layers higher up and cooler layers further down. This is in contrast to the troposphere near the Earth's surface, which is cooler higher up and warmer farther down.
Troposphere—Lowest Atmosphere

Biosphere—Ecosystems
The biosphere is the global sum of all ecosystems. It can also be termed as the zone of life on Earth, a closed system (apart from solar and cosmic radiator and heat from the interior of the Earth), and largely self-regulating.
Hydrosphere—Water
The hydrosphere in physical geography describes the combined mass of water found on, under, and over the surface of a planet. Via United Nations world inventory of water resources, it is estimated that there are 1386 million cubic kilometers of water on Earth.
Lithosphere—Foundations
A lithosphere is the rigid, outermost shell of a terrestrial-type planet or natural satellite that is defined by its rigid mechanical properties. On Earth, it comprises the crust and the portion of the upper mantle that behaves elastically on time scales of thousands of years or greater.

The Arcturians
Blessings, we are the Arcturians. We would like to take you through a corridor together. So all of you imagine your entire group in a huge circle and imagine that this circle goes all around your country, your area on Gaia’s body. And take a moment to allow that imagination to come into your mind and expand the circle beyond your country so that all of the corridors and all of the areas that are interfacing with your country will get the same blessing and will get the same amount of Light.
Now, I’m going to ask that each of you take your own specific area, your specific neighborhood or city and put a circle around your area or any specific area that you would like to send special blessings too. Are there any areas that are having a difficult time such as whether or strife or political disorder? Be sure that all of you in your collective consciousness put a circle around that specific area.
We are going to see the big circle all the way around is the major portal. So all of you standing within that major portal, feel how this major portal all around this country goes first down, down, down to the core of Gaia so that it can be grounded in the center of Gaia because, just like we make our human changes from the core of ourselves, Gaia makes Her changes from Her core.
See yourselves moving down, down, down through the rocks, through the magma, through the caves, through the canyons – down through all the different areas of Gaia’s inner self. And then you come upon her Core. When you come to Gaia’s core, the Lemurians rush to meet you, all the Ascended Masters come to meet you and the Galactics who have taken residence in Gaia’s core for this NOW come to meet you. You are also greeted by many of the alternate and parallel expressions of your Multidimensional SELF.
Just experience this great celebration of We are Here for Gaia, as you feel the Joy that we are Here for Gaia. Now feel this wonderful energy field and imagine yourselves gathered as a huge circle, which is much like an immense wheel. Each of you is a spoke of that wheel. You are joined on the outside just like a wheel is joined on the outside.
Also, each spoke of the wheel is joined in the center by a hub. Thus, all of you see this hub of the wheel. And, this hub of the wheel is right there within Gaia’s central, core crystal. That crystal works as a hub for Gaia all of the time. The living crystal is more than appreciative to feel this wonderful energy field of all these people gathered around.
To tighten your unity – look right to the circle – and feel how the energy moves around to your right and comes all the way around your circle and then comes back into yourself and you feel that collective consciousness.
Look to the left and feel how the energy goes all the way around to your left and feel it comes back to you again with that sense of great Unity Consciousness.
Each of you are a spoke that is connected to the hub, and each spoke goes right into the core of the wheel, right into the core of the central crystal of Gaia. So all of you imagine that you are in a circle around Gaia’s central Crystal, which is so huge that you can barely see the top of it. You have an energetic field that goes from within you into the core of the crystal and back into your form.
You have an energetic field that goes counter-clockwise all the way around your circle and an energetic field that goes clockwise all the way around your circle. See how you have created an “Ascension Machine.” This Ascension Machine is taking all of the beautiful energy that all of you have gathered together to create this portal for Gaia.
You are grounded it into the very core of the planet. Now we, the Arcturians, ask that you feel how the energy from that core comes up from the bottom of your feet and into your root chakra at the base of your spine.
